Who we are

CF Blossom Connect is a division of CF Blossom Studio, based in Somerset West, South Africa. Contact: info@cfblossomstudio.co.za.

What we collect

Enquiry form details: name, business name, email, phone and your message.
For customers with monitoring: whether your connection is up, how fast it responds, and the times of outages. We do not see your browsing, files or traffic content.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, install and run the service, send you outage alerts, and invoice you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Only CF Blossom Studio and the service providers we use to run our systems and email (for example Cloudflare). They process data only to provide those services.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while relevant. Customer records are kept for the duration of the service and as long as the law requires for accounting.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask to see, correct or delete your personal information. Email us and we will respond promptly. You may also contact the Information Regulator of South Africa.
