We supply and install a monitoring router and backup battery, and monitor your connection. Plans: Essential R149/month and Business R249/month, each with a once-off R599 setup fee.
12-month agreement. Monthly fees are payable in advance by debit order or EFT. Accounts not paid by the due date may be suspended.
All equipment remains the property of CF Blossom Connect and must be returned on cancellation. Cancelling within the 12-month term carries an early-cancellation fee that covers the unused equipment cost. Lost or damaged equipment may be charged at replacement cost.
Backup battery runtime depends on the connected equipment and is not guaranteed. We do not control your internet provider, so we do not guarantee their service or uptime. Monitoring alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business during an outage.
